RJD President Lalu Prasad today alleged that nothing concrete was visible during the two-year rule of Modi government which only "vitiated" the atmosphere in academic institutions.
"There is no achievement of the Narendra Modi government in the past two years...Nothing concrete is visible on the ground," Prasad said in a statement here.
"Along with failing to fulfil the poll promises, the union government could not safeguard the constitutional values," he said.

"For the first time any Prime Ministerial candidate encashed his caste and selling tea in childhood to win the support of the poor and backward to climb the seat of power," the RJD chief, who successfully combined with Nitish Kumar and Congress in Bihar to defeat BJP in state polls, said.
He referred to the Narendra Modi government renegading on its poll promise of providing Rs 15 lakh to citizens out of black money that would come back to the country.
Prasad alleged that the NDA government was working for the benefit of industrialists and left the farmers to commit suicide due to debt.
The RJD supremo alleged that the entire NDA government plunged into students politics to "vitiate" the atmosphere in educational institutions.
"The Centre is adamant to impose ideology of RSS in educational institutions...From time to time they are dubbing somebody as anti-national and distributing certificate of patriotism according to their convenience," he said hinting at events at Hyderabad Central University where Rohith Vemula committed suicide and also at JNU where its students union president Kanhaiya Kumar was jailed on charge of sedition.
