Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL) has been conferred three Greentech awards for 2013 at the recently held award ceremony of Greentech Foundation at New Delhi.
NRL received the Greentech Environment Award in the Gold Category for achieving excellence in environment management, a company release issued here today said.
NRL's Siliguri Marketing Terminal received the Greentech Environment Award in the Silver Category for achieving excellence in Environment management.
The company also received an appreciation certificate for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives implemented in the vicinity of the refinery which have been able to bring a positive change in the socio economic status of the people living in the neighbourhood.
