NRL honoured with first prize for Official language policy

Numaligarh Refinery Limited has been honoured with the 'Chal Vaijayanti Shield' - the first prize for effective implementation of the Centre's Official Language policy during the year 2014-15.

Instituted by the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) of PSUs, NRL was selected from among 42 PSUs under TOLIC, Guwahati, an NRL release said here today.

NRL Hindi Magazine 'PRAYAS' has also been awarded the second prize among Hindi magazines published by the TOLIC PSU members during 2015.

The shields were presented by chairman TOLIC and executive director of Guwahati Refinery J Borpujari to NRL Hindi Coordinators in presence of Head of the Regional Implementation Office (NER), Department of Official Language recently at Guwahati.
