State-run power prouder NTPC today said it has installed robotic dry cleaning system for Solar PV Plant at its Dadri plant.
"Robotic Dry Cleaning System for Solar panels at Solar PV plant at NTPC Dadri was inaugurated by A K Jha, Director (Technical), NTPC Ltd today," NTPC said in a statement.
According to statement, this system is first of its kind in India having several unique features such as robo operation with seasonal tilt, energy independence, remote monitoring & management, self-cleaning mechanism, etc.

Emami starts commercial production at Assam plant * Home-grown FMCG firm Emami today said it has started commercial production at its newly setup plant in Assam.
"The commercial production of the company's newly setup plant in Pacharia, Dolapathar, Kamrup, Assam has commenced from February 23, 2017, Emami said in a filing to BSE.
