The shoot of Mahabharata, Kamaleswar Mukherjee's epic narrative with contemporary twist, is getting delayed but she was positive about her two upcoming roles in 2015, popular actor Nusrat Jahan said.

Nusrat, who would not name the other film for which she went for outdoors in North Bengal one week back, told PTI, "I don't believe in slotting mainstream and arthouse films and roles. A role is a role. And not saying anything else on Mahabharata till it happens."

"May be the portrayal in Khilari or Khoka 420 was shades different from Sandhye Namar Age as the characters were more or less filmy in one and other type of cinema. But every shoot involves hours of giving expressions and improving yourself. It is a learning process," Nusrat said on the sidelines of an event here.

"Bengal is a land of creativity. And it shows in the whole effort where every woman is dressed as a fairy. Which girl doesn't wish to be a fairy,?" she said at the Login Creative Calendar launch.

Renowned models including Ankita Singh and Ritabhari were dressed in fairy costumes reflecting the colour of each season in the calendar.
