A member in the Lok Sabha today said a lot of errors lately crept in the Bills presented before the House and asked the government to ensure that they are free from mistakes.

Initiating a discussion on a Bill to create commercial benches in select high courts to settle high value disputes, AIADMK's K Kamaraj said this Bill too had a lot of errors in the annexures.

"Of late, Bills (circulated) in Parliament have a lot of errors," Kamaraj said when Law Minister D V Sadananda Gowda was also present in the House.

The member also requested the Minister to ensure that Bills are without any errors.

Noting that sometimes it became difficult to understand a Bill, Kamaraj suggested that the proposed amendments could be printed in colour so that the members can understand them more easily.

The High Court and the Supreme Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Services) Amendment Bill, 2015, was introduced by Gowda today. The Bill is aimed at setting up commercial benches at select high courts.
