A general manager and an Industrial promotion officer working with District Industries Centre in Adilabad district of Telangana were arrested for allegedly taking bribe of Rs 30,000, Anti Corruption Bureau officials said.
General manager K P Krishna was caught red-handed while he was accepting a bribe of Rs 30,000 on January 25 from the complainant with active connivance and collusion of promotion officer B Prudhviraj for doing an official favour to the complainant, an ACB release said here today.
Both the officer were arrested after the recovery of bribe amount and the case is under investigation, it said.
