Taxi operator Ola today announced 20 per cent cut in its base fare for a journey in mini and sedan categories.
As per the revised tariff, for the first four kilometer journey, a fare of Rs 80 would be charged as compared to earlier Rs 99 for the first five kilometers, a company statement said.
However, the company clarified that the tariff per kilometer would remain the same at Rs 10 for mini and Rs 12 for sedan.

Power Mech bags Rs 166-cr order from Prayagraj Power * Power Mech Projects today said that it has bagged an order worth Rs 166.87 crore from a Jaypee Group subsidiary Prayagraj Power Generation Company.

TD Power bags order from MNC in Europe
* TD Power Systems today said that it has bagged an order from large multinational company in Europe to supply multiple units of 10 MW generators.
"The Company has received an order from a large multinational company in Europe to supply multiple units of 10 MW generators to be installed in a single power plant inside Germany. The total installed capacity will be 200 MW," TD Power Systems Ltd informed BSE today.
In a separate filing, it said that Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its wholly-owned subsidiary-DF Power Systems Private Limited (DFPS) B C Harish, has resigned.
