In his Diwali message issued here today, Chief Minister hailed the tradition and heritage of Jammu and Kashmir for celebrating festivals in an atmosphere of amity and brotherhood.
He expressed the hope that this trait of the state would be further strengthened, adding, sharing of happiness and joy adds colour to the celebrations.
Omar expressed the hope that Diwali will herald peace, prosperity and progress in the state and the country.
