National Conference president Omar Abdullah will lead a protest march tomorrow to highlight the alleged failure of the PDP-led coalition government in Jammu and Kashmir, a party spokesman said here.

Omar, who termed the present dispensation as a 'U-turn government' on its completion of 100 days last week, will lead the procession from Sher-e-Kashmir Park at 11.00 AM, the spokesman said.

He said the the former Chief Minister would also address the gathering at the end of the procession.

Senior Leaders of National Conference would accompany Omar during the protest march, the spokesman said.

On June 8, Omar launched a scathing attack on the coalition government on its completion of 100 days, saying it had failed to deliver on the promises made to the people.

"Today marks the 100 day of the PDP-BJP government that came on the back of the Modi-Mufti accord. This government has symbolized itself as a u-turn government. A government that was formed on the back of biggest possible U-turn, which was the coming together of the two parties that fought the elections on a single plank of keeping each other out of power.

"Whether it be the PDP that fought elections in Kashmir saying that only they could stop the BJP or the BJP that fought the election saying only they could stop the family rule in Jammu and Kashmir. Both these parties, performed a miraculous u-turn and came together," Omar had said.
