An official spokesman said that the accused has been identified as Mukesh, a resident of Sangam Vihar, New Delhi. A case has been registered against him under the Excise Act.
Meanwhile, police arrested Rohit, a resident of Model town, Panipat in district Panipat and recovered two live cartridges of .315 bore pistol from him.
A case has been registered against him under Arms Act.
