Shamsuddin was arrested near Kalukuan overbridge in a joint operation by local police, STF and Nagpur police.
He used to supply explosives and arms to terrorists, they said adding he was also named in the bomb attack on the house of a railway contractor in Nagpur on July 7.
Two persons had been arrested earlier in connection with the bomb blast and during interrogation they had tipped off about Shamsuddin.
