Samir Sardar, who has been accused of raping the minor girl, was arrested from Chardaspur village, after the sketch of the accused matched him, the police said.
Sardar was identified by the girl during a test identification parade at the premises of the local court in Katwa, the police said.
ACJM Anjan Kumar Sarkar remanded him to 14 days jail custody.
