One person has been booked for allegedly raping a woman at her residence in Sector 16 here, police said today.
In her complaint the victim alleged that Vikram, a resident of Pawartia colony, forcefully entered her house last night and raped her, police said.
Vikram also threatened to kill her family, they said.
The accused has been booked under relevant sections of IPC and the matter is being probe, police added.
In another incident, one Jaiprakash died after his bike was hit by an unidentified vehicle near JCB company last night, police said.
A complaint in this regard was lodged by victim's brother-in-law, they said.
