One person was arrested and 3,600 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) along with arms and ammunition were recovered today from Shankarpur village in Bihar's Munger district.
Acting on a tip-off, police raided a house in the village and recovered 300 boxes, each carrying 12 liquor bottles, Superintendent of Police Ashish Bharti said.
One rifle and 20 live cartridges were also recovered and a person was arrested in this connection, the SP said.

The seizure was made as part of the intensive drive in the state following imposition of complete ban on sale and consumption of liquor, country, spiced and IMFL from April 5.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, is personally monitoring the implementation of total prohibition in the state.
