One held with heroin worth Rs 1.2 crore

Pawan, hailing from Barran in Rajasthan, was apprehended near Dhaula Kuan yesterday on a tip off that a person indulging in sale and supply of heroin and opium in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi was coming there, B S Tyagi, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), said.
