One person was seriously injured
in a blast at Dimapur, police said today.
The incident occurred last night around 8:50 pm and the 30-year-old injured was admitted in a city hospital.
Police suspect that the IED was in the possession of the injured person and might have exploded when he tried to plant it.
Another suspect who was with the man fled from the spot taking advantage of the crowd which gathered, the police said.
Police also recovered two more IEDs packed in tin
Container from a Manipur registered car parked just yards away from the blast site.
