One person died today while four others injured when a high tension wire fell in Omah area of Verinagar in Kashmir valley, officials said.
Expressed grief over the incident, J and K Tourism Minister Gulam Ahmed Mir called for a probe into the incident.
He also directed the administration to grant compensation to next of kin and medicare facilities to injured persons.
