Bheema Ram was crushed under a big stone yesterday, police said, adding, one labourer was also stuck in the mine.
They were later pulled out of the debris by other workers and rushed to a hospital where Ram succumbed to his injuries.
A case was registered against owner of the stone mine, police said.
