The 28-year-old man Charu Tanium from Korayar Village under Sangram circle in Kurung Kumey district was arrested from Guwahati last night, Capital Complex Superintendent of Police Hibu Tamang said here in a statement.
With this the total number of arrests in the case rose to 11, he said.
Tamang also provided information about Yumlam Achung, the prime accused, who is absconding, the SP said.
Tanium was produced in court and remanded to 14 days police custody.
Earlier, ten youths, mostly students, were arrested on July 24 during a night-long operation after they were identified from CCTV camera footage.
