OneRepublic star Ryan Tedder has just bought an incredible, USD 11 million, six-bedroom, seven-bath apartment at Tribeca's 111 Murray Street to celebrate his 36th birthday.
Tedder, who has produced tunes for Madonna, U2 and Maroon 5, will be combining two units in the brand-new building to create a mega-duplex which will be ready next year, reported New York Post.
Tedder has appeared as Adam Levine's adviser on "The Voice,".
He has also written best-selling singles like Beyonce's "Halo" and Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love" and worked with Adele on "Rumour Has It.
