Yasheen Nagpal, Rajat Bhayana and Saurabh Gupta were arrested on October 7.
While Nagpal and Bhayana are in police custody till October 12, Gupta was today remanded to judicial custody till October 24 by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Manish Yaduvanshi after police said his custodial interrogation was over.
The trio were arrested by the Special Cell of Delhi police on a complaint by the British High Commission here that the Serious Organised Crime Agency of the UK has written to them regarding online fraud being conducted in India against UK citizens.
A case was registered on October 4 by the Special Cell for cheating, criminal conspiracy and under section 66A of the Information Technology Act.
