Himachal Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today said some "outsiders" are trying to get the Congress ticket but only loyal party workers would be accommodated for the upcoming Assembly polls.
Addressing a public meeting at Paonta Sahib, the chief minister said that Independent MLA Karnesh Jang was the "best" choice for the Congress ticket from Paonta Sahib.
"Some outsiders with influence of senior leaders are trying to get the ticket but only loyal party workers would be accommodated," Singh said.
Earlier, the chief minister laid the foundation stone and dedicated several development projects worth Rs 73 crore in Nahan and Paonta areas, including newly constructed Degree College building at Nahan, costing worth Rs 25.50 crore.
