"The decision regarding the chief ministerial candidate in Himachal Pradesh will be taken only by Sonia Gandhi after the state elections, due this year-end," senior Congress leader G S Bali said here.
Congress will hold a rally tomorrow, in which union minister Anand Sharma and Virbhadra Singh will also take part, he said.
