BPO company OnProcess Technology today said they will expanding city operations.
"Kolkata is the largest operational base for OnProcess Technology, employing over 1,500 skilled workforce. We expect to expand our Kolkata employee base further by the end of the current fiscal and for that we have added 50,000 sq ft of additional space," OnProcess CEO Edward Barry said in a statement.
OnProcess currently has seven global offices providing service supply chain optimisation to clients across verticals such as broadband/wireless, medical devices, technology, retail and logistics, conducting business in over 26 languages.
"OnProcess is currently scouting for another facility to further accommodate the company's expansion plans. We are planning to move up the value chain to become a KPO," Barry added.
