Farmers in Rajasthan are facing problems due to non-availability of minimum support price (MSP) mechanism for millet, former chief minister Ashok Gehlot said today.
Gehlot said that under the central pool system, purchase of millet under MSP is done by the state government and it should send a proposal to the Centre.
As the state government has failed to send a proposal, the matter is stuck, Gehlot said, adding that the government is turning a blind eye to the demand of farmers.
