Talk show queen Oprah Winfrey defended the Kardashians after they were called "talentless".

The 61-year-old media proprietor said that they are really hard-working people and recalled how she interviewed them on "The Oprah Winfrey Show", reported Ace Showbiz.

"I couldn't believe how hard they work because we were there for seven hours filming them and they were going to tape for another seven hours after I left. No matter who you are... That is work," she said.

She disagreed with people who call out the Jenner-Kardashian family for being famous for nothing.

"People think it's just TV camera's just following you, then, you know, that's just easy. [But] to really create a reality series that looks like something actually happening, it means you have to be on all the time."

A few days ago, Australian comedian Rebel Wilson slammed the famous family for being talentless.

She rejected a request to present an award with Kendall and Kylie Jenner at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards.

"It's not that (I) hate any of them individually, but it's just that everything they stand for is against everything I stand for. And they're not famous for talent. I worked really hard to get where I've gotten to.
