A businessman, out on morning walk, was robbed of his ring and injured after the accused used a cutter to take the jewellery out of his finger, the police said today.
The man was walking near Japanese Park in outer Delhi's Prashant Vihar when four persons riding two motorcycles came near him and one of them sought to know an address, they said.
Another accused then pointed a pistol at the man and told him to handover his ring to them. When the ring did not come out, they used a cutter to take it out, the police said.
A probe into the incident is underway, they said.
