The three-day event, to be held at the Vigyan Bhavan from September 14-16, would be inaugurated by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
External Affairs Minister S M Krishna, Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde and Finance Minister P Chidambaram will be among those who will speak at the conference.
The Heads of Missions (HOMs) will also call on President Pranab Mukherjee.
There will also be interaction by the HOMs with the two Ministers of State for External Affairs, the Minister of State for Environment & Forests and the President of Indian Council for Cultural Relations.
