The Delhi Transport department in a week-long drive has challaned over 300 public transport vehicles, including DTC and cluster buses, for not halting at stops on designated routes.
A total of 320 public transport vehicles, including 85 Cluster scheme buses and 60 Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses, were challened for not stopping at bus stops on their routes, said a transport department official.
The drive started on January 17 will continue, he said.
Besides the buses, 114 rural transport vehicles (RTVs) and 61 feeder buses were also issued challans for similar violations, he said.
