An overcast sky prevailed throughout the day in Delhi today a day after rains and hailstorms lashed the city reviving chilly conditions.
The maximum temperature was recorded 26 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year and 1.2 degrees less than yesterday's maximum, while the minimum settled at 14 degrees Celsius, 1.5 degrees more than yesterday's minimum and two notches below the season's average, MeT officials said.
The city had received 9.8 mm rainfall till 8.30 AM.

One or two spells of rains or thundershowers may occur till noon tomorrow, MeT officials predicted.
"The sky will be partly cloudy tomorrow. One or two spells of light rain or thundershowers could occur in some areas till noon. There will be mist in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 25 and 13 degrees Celsius respectively," said the MeT forecast.
Yesterday, rains accompanied by cold winds and hailstorms had lashed several parts of the city.
