Overcast conditions prevail, temperatures drop

Overcast conditions today offered relief to Delhiites and led the maximum and minimum temperatures to settle within comfortable levels.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 32 degrees Celsius, two notches below season's average while the minimum temperature had settled at 24.2, three notches below normal.

"Traces of rainfall (can't be measured) were recorded in Safdarjung while areas under Lodhi Road, Ridge, Ayanagar and Palam remained dry," said the weatherman.

The humidity oscillated between 79 and 60 per cent.

The MeT office has predicted cloudy skies for tomorrow along with the possibility of light rain or thunder shower in many parts of the city.
 

"The skies will be generally cloudy. Light rain or thunder shower in many parts of the city. The maximum and minimum temperatures will hover around 32 and 24 degrees Celsius respectively," the weatherman said.

Yesterday, the maximum temperature and minimum temperature were recorded at 34.1 degrees Celsius and 24.5 degrees Celsius respectively.
