Overcast skies prevailed in the national capital with the mercury settling at a comfortable 31 degrees even as high humidity caused inconvenience to Delhiites.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 31.6 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 27 degrees, normal for this time of the year, said a MeT department official.
The humidity oscillated between 91 and 72 per cent.

The MeT office has forecast cloudy skies along with the liklihood of drizzle for tomorrow.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 34 and 27 degrees, respectively," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature settled at 31 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average, while the minimum was recorded at 27.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the normal.
