Rapper P Diddy is reportedly looking at a Beverly Hills mansion where he will be able to throw parties.
But instead of just making an offer on any property that catches his eye, Diddy has allegedly asked the local home owners' association about their stance on parties reported TMZ online.
The 'I'll Be Missing You' star is supposedly keen on a USD 12 million house that spans 11,200 square feet. The secluded mansion is situated in the gated Beverly Ridge area, a wealthy community that will give Diddy privacy.
The home was custom built by American Football star Keyshawn Johnson in 2003, before being sold to Paris Latsis, the former fiance of hotel heiress Paris Hilton.
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian was also interested in buying the pad when it went on the market last year, before buying an USD 11 million place in Bel Air.
While Diddy continues the hunt for his perfect house, his current 66th-floor New York apartment has been put up for sale at USD 7.9 million.
