From meeting the Prime Minister and the BJP chief to delivering a speech in the Lok Sabha, Yogi Adityanath today had a packed schedule on his first official visit to the national capital after becoming the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh.
Adityanath arrived here this morning and met President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu and Culture Minister Mahesh Sharma to discuss a variety of issues related to stuck projects of the state and loan waiver for farmers.
He is learnt to have discussed the construction of the Ramayana museum at Ayodhya with Sharma.

The Mahant of Gorakhnath peeth also participated in the debate on the Finance Bill in the Lok Sabha of which he is still a member from Gorakhpur.
In his speech, he vowed to work for the development of all sections by creating a "new structure" of progress.
Just before leaving for Lucknow, Adityanath met BJP veteran L K Advani at the latter's residence.
Soon after reaching Delhi, he went to his Rakabganj Road residence where he had shifted two years ago. After meeting his local staff and supporters, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister reached Parliament House for his series of meetings.
