As a symbol of their commitment to the cause, India and Pakistan teams will wear ribbons bearing 'Bowl Out Polio' tag when they play the cricket match tomorrow at the Feroz Shah Kotla ground.

The electronic periphery boards at the cricket stadium will also flash the message of 'Bowl Out Polio'.

The two cricketers appealed to parents and polio workers to ensure that all children up to the age of five years are given two drops of oral polio vaccine.

Around 100 children be present in the ground tomorrow wearing yellow jackets with polio messages. The '4s' and '6s' placards will also read 'Bowl Out Polio' tomorrow.

The Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have extended full support to the polio eradication messages at the match.

While Pakistan is among the remaining three countries in the world still fighting the disease, India's battle against polio will continue until polio is eradicated globally.

With India being removed from the polio endemic countries' list on February 25, 2011, only three countries remain endemic to polio - Afghanistan, Pakistan and Nigeria.

The event comes a week ahead of India's polio milestone anniversary as on January 13 the country completes two years without reporting any case of polio.

The two teams have supported polio eradication movement earlier in 2004 and 2007.
