Members of BJP, which shares power in Jammu and Kashmir, today accused Pakistan of fuelling unrest in the state through a "deep conspiracy" as they voiced concern in Lok Sabha over hoisting of a flag of that country and raising of pro-Pakistan slogans in the valley.
Kirit Somaiya and B P Mishra raised the issue during the Zero Hour and blamed the current spell of protests on "deep conspiracy" aided by Pakistan.
"Whatever is happening in Kashmir is part of a deep conspiracy. I request the government to deal with it sternly," Somaiya said.

He wondered if a case of sedition had been lodged against hardline separatist Masarat Alam.
"A case of sedition must be registered against him. Action in the matter should be so severe that nobody dares to repeat it," he said, lashing out at those behind the hoisting of Pakistani flag and raising of pro-Pakistan slogans.
BJP is a partner in the PDP-led government in Jammu and Kashmir and the tie-up between two parties has been strained over a number of issues, including the release of Alam before he was arrested again for his involvement in anti-India protests.
