A 75-year-old woman from Pakistan, who was on a visit with her relatives here, died yesterday in Gausganj township, police said.
Zaitoon, hailing from Sikandarabad district of Pakistan, had come here accompanied by her son on October 26 and was to return to her country on December 10.
According to family members, she was taken ill and died yesterday afternoon, Kachauna police said, adding that the body has been sent for post-mortem to rule out any foul play.
The woman's daughter is married to one Riyaz here and she was on a visit to his place, police added.
