V S Palaniappan (The Hindu) and Y J Sadiq (Dinakaran) have been elected president and general secretary respectively of the Coimbatore Press Club for the year 2015-16.
K T Moorthy (Dinakaran) and M Kannan were elected as vice presidents, while A Subburaj (Times of India) and J Manoharan (Hindu Tamil) were elected as joint secretaries for one year term at the Annual General Meeting held yesterday here.
S D Subbu of Makkal Kural was elected as treasurure.
