Prices of palmolein fell by Rs 50 per quintal in lacklustre trade at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today owing to subdued demand against adequate stocks position.
However, other edible and non-edible oils moved in a tight range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said weak demand from retailers against sufficient stocks position mainly kept pressure on palmolein oil prices.
