Palmolein oil prices went up by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today on pick up in demand from retailers.
In the non-edible section, castor oil strengthened on increased offtake by consuming industries.
Traders attributed the rise in palm oil prices to pick-up in demand from retailers as well as millers.

Among non-edible oils, castor oil went up by Rs 50 to Rs 9,750-9,850 per quintal.
