Palmolein oil prices declined by Rs 50 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale oils and oilseeds market today owing to sluggish demand.
However, other edible and non-edible oils moved in a narrow range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said subdued demand from retailers against sufficient stocks mainly led to a fall in palmolein oil prices.
