Panasonic launches 'air purifying' inverter air-conditioners

Panasonic India today launched its new range of inverter air-conditioners, inbuilt with its air purification system called Nanoe technology that it claims actively removes PM2.5 and airborne particles giving up to 99 per cent clean air.

The new range comes with 'Aerowings' that the company said give more control over the direction of the airflow across a wider area and ensures flow of cool and purified air evenly in every corner of the room.

The new 'air purifying' inverter air-conditioners are available from a starting price of Rs 39,000 to Rs 72,000 and in 0.8T, 1.0T, 1.5T, 2.0T variants, a company statement said.

 

Panasonic India, Business Head, Air Conditioners Group, Gaurav Sah, said, "with this range, Panasonic plans Rs 1,500 crore business during the summer season, targeting 20 per cent growth in FY18-19 over last year in the South market.
