Forest officials today rescued a pangolin from a well near an engineering institute here.
"The animal was in good health condition. After being rescued it was released in its natural habitat near Tamana jungle," said Berhampur divisional forest officer S S Mishra.
The pangolin might have strayed from the nearby jungle and fell into the well, forest officials said.
