Pankaj Advani, Aditya Mehta continue winning streak

Pankaj Advani and Aditya Mehta continued their winning streak to be on course to qualify for the knock-out stage of the Asian Six Red & Team Championship 2016, being played in Abu Dhabi.

According to information reaching here, Pankaj has not lost a frame in all his 3 matches while Aditya dropped 2 frames, informed the team coach Derek Sippy.

Manan Chandra lost his 2nd match but made amends to beat a tough opponent Mohammed Saleh of Afghanistan 5-3. Kamal Chawla on the other hand has picked up his game since yesterday and got past Thailand's Yuttapop Pakpoj 5-3.

Scores: Manan Chandra lost to Abdul Rehman al Shamshi (UAE) 4-5; Aditya Mehta beat Ahmed Asseri (Saudi Arabia) 5-2; Kamal Chawla bt Yutapop Pakpoj 5-3; Manan Chandra bt Saleh Mohammed (Afghanistan) 5-3; Pankaj Advani beat Khaled Alastal (Palestine) 5-0.
