Flaunting handcuff and tying mouth with a black ribbon, Pappu Yadav led the protest march of his newly floated party to Raj Bhawan.
Yadav, who floated his new party after expulsion from RJD was denied permission to hold a rally at Barh in rural Patna today against kidnapping of four youths one of whom died later on June 17.
JD(U) MLA Anant Singh's name cropped up in the incident though he has been arrested and sent to jail in a separate case of abduction.
Yadav alleged in his memorandum that by stopping his party from holding rally at Barh, Bihar government proved that it was still trying to "save" MLA Anant Singh.
"Such action even did not happen during Emergency," he commented.
