The eleven-member team today visited the district, where four incidents of rape took place at Pilukhera mandi, Balerkha village, Sachcha Khera and Jind.
One of the rape victims of Sachcha Khera village, a 16-year Dalit girl, committed suicide by setting herself on fire recently.
After holding meeting with officers at the Rest House the members left for Sachcha Khera in a bus, but their bus was stopped by the protesters, who were also raising slogans against the government.
However, the police swung into action and the protesters were removed from the way.
Leader of 'Dalit Sanghrash Samiti', Devi Dass, alleged that Congress government of the state has failed to protect Dalit Community.

They alleged they were not allowed to submit memorandum to the JPC.
"Atrocities are being committed against Dalits, however, the state government is implementing the decisions of Khaps," said Dass.
Later, the committee members met family of rape victim of Sachcha Khera village.
The parliamentary committee also visited Kalayat and Kaithal today to conduct a probe into the incidents of rape against some women of Dalit community in this district recently.
The eleven members committee met and enquired from the family of a Dalit victim girl at Kalayat.
Later on, the Chairman of the Committee, Gobind Chander told mediapersons that after this visit the Committee will hold a meeting at Delhi and detailed enquiry report will be sent to the Speaker of Lok Sabha.
