The 31-year-old is trying to escape the media storm surrounding her after she was recorded telling a friend in the back of a taxi that she thought a lot of gay men "probably have AIDS", reported Femalefirst online.
Paris, who has since issued a lengthy apology saying she is sorry "from the bottom" of her heart for insulting gay people, is now clearly hoping to put the incident behind her as she shared her holiday plans with her followers on Twitter.
"Just landed on a magical island with River Viiperi. Can't wait to go surfing tomorrow!" Paris tweeted when they landed.
Paris met the 21-year-old Calvin Klein model just 10 days ago at the Marlon Gobel show at New York Fashion Week.
Since then they have been spotted hanging out backstage at some of the other fashion shows.
