Partha asks party workers to strengthen hands of Mamata

Trinamool Congress secretary- general Partha Chatterjee today asked party workers to strengthen the hands of party chairperson and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

We need to strengthen the hands of Mamata Banerjee as she is running both the party and the state, Chatterjee who is also the Education minister told party workers at a Milan utsav at Kalyani Sikshayatn School ground here in Nadia district.

He described party chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee as the main post of a circus tent which keeps the other posts together.

Chatterjee said that the state government would hand over 40 lakh more cycles to student of class seven to ten in the state.
 

He asked the party workers to get ready as elections would be held in many municipalities and corporations in West Bengal.

The meeting was also addressed by senior TMC leaders Shovan Chatterjee, Ujjal Biswas, Nadia district TMC president Gouri Shankar Dutta and others.
