Parts of Bihar receive light rains

Temperatures remained at comfortable level in Patna and other parts of Bihar today due to light rains, even as humidity remained high.

Patna received 6.3 mm rains since yesterday and recorded a maximum temperature of 33.4 degrees Celsius, while Purnea received 76.4 mm of rains, the MeT department said.

The maximum temperature in the temple town of Gaya was 32.2 degrees Celsius, while it was 32 degrees Celsius in Bhagalpur and 31.6 degrees Celsius in Purnea.

In Patna and Gaya, humidity was 91 per cent and 85 per cent respectively. In Bhagalpur it was 85 per cent, while in Purnea it was 100 per cent, the MeT department said.
 

The weatherman has predicted generally cloudy sky with light rains in Patna and Gaya.
